Tim Hortons - Cheektowaga

Fantastic! Initially, I felt a bit apprehensive during my first visit, but since then, I've had a wonderful experience. It's definitely worth a visit. Our server, Nearji, was exceptional—truly one of the best I've encountered. The customer service was excellent!

I had a fantastic experience at the restaurant! I want to give special recognition to the staff for their outstanding service. Keep up the great work!

I arrived at the restaurant only to find that they closed the door at 9:25 PM. I waited for 10 minutes, but the staff member just stared at me without saying a word. This occurred on September 29th at 9:25 PM.

Very sad and upsetting. Took forever to get our order processed. This after they were out of the initial items we wanted and made the special trip to this restaurant. Then they were unable to process my payment via ATM. Then they dropped the one of our sandwiches despite paying for it. They got our main order completely wrong. When we asked for cream cheese and jam on the incorrect order we were told that we had to pay for cream and or jam. Unbelievable!! Get your act together.

Since the moment my family and I came inside the restaurant, everything went wrong. I am canadian and Tim Hortons is close to my heart. I tried to order some egg and bacon muffins, a grilled cheese panini and they gave me bagel instead of muffins and have to wait more than 15 minutes for the grilled cheese panini, because apparently they forgot about it. After all the mess Iwent to ask kindly for a little bit of cream cheese to put in the bagel sandwich that they gave me wrongly and they wanted to charge me extra for it. Bad service is not even the word for this Tim Hortons. In the meantime people were coming in and continuously complaining to the employees because they messed up their order too. Shameful!! Horrible service and very bad management.
