Subway - Chelan County

I 've been eating the Subway BMT sandwich for probably 25 years. It has always been the same until recently when they 've started substituting in Chicken Ham for Black Forest Ham. It 's not a deal breaker, but the Black Forest Ham was better. I always buy the foot long BMT and save half for later or split it with my wife Sherrie. This store in Old Station doesn 't have a drive through, but it 's probably just as well, because I am very specific in the ingredients I choose, as follows: a foot long on Italian white bread the 3 meats and pepper jack cheese toasted ! ...then adding: red onion and cucumber chips green bell pepper and wax peppers shredded lettuce salt and pepper oil and vinegar mustard and mayonnaise Do yourself the favor of reading this off to the counter person. It 's their best combination sandwich, trust me! I ordered the above last week and brought it home with my own potato chips and Pepsi. (see the pic). I have no complaints about the service, and the facility is immaculately clean, with plenty of parking out front. ...what 's to not like ?!?!

Poor customer service. My son goes there to study and eat. An employee got upset because he toom a picture of the restaraunt. He offered to delete it but the employee told him if he came back. He called and spone with the manager and sge confirmed an enployee could ban someone based on their feelings. Doesnt seem good for business.

Closing times should stay the same time,.went to Wenatchee store @6:37pm, and Was told the lobby closed at 6:30 pm but still made me go out to go Thur drive thru, not happy if you close the lobby at a time lock the door, or take the ones that walked in ,just 7 mins, really but over all keep the coupons too. Didn't allow custom sandwiches on the menu, had to go with more expensive one, only had two types of bread, no ice in pop machine. Don't ever plan on going back. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

They were out of onions and cheese. When I asked for a discount on my sandwich they just laughed at me. Definitely won't be eating there any time soon.
