Is there a person in this mcdo to open your eyes or not? A pitiful service.

Every come to this macdonald of chastis was catastrophic! One day, we arrive in front of the macdonal door and the manager already puts us at the smell by telling us that I warn you at least 1h30 waiting. which is not very commercial or welcoming. We always decide to enter it (having already worked in a fast food I knew that 1h30 was too much for so many customers) that evening we ask for help to this same manager in order to take advantage of the monopoly offer that responds to us in a very approximate and fast way. Well decided to affirm our offer I come back to see it and in a very cold way, it eventually makes us benefit from the offer. Another night, I'm going home, we're told that all the drinks are not available. tonight, I return to order 3 ice creams by car this time, we put 30 min before we get our order and once we get paid, we announce that there is not what we paid! There is a great lack of rigour and professionalism to review!

Service lamentable, unskilled personnel, cold meals, here is what you will find here. Don't be too busy either because there's little chance you're served in time and time. food is a bit like the loto, you don’t know what you’re going to fall. Of course, to return to staff, professionalism is not the thing that would best describe it, between the unpleasant mood or the quality of their preparation, one cannot say what would be the worst for the customer. a problem in your order, you will be answered as high as possible to remind you that you have no importance to their eyes.
