Jamaica Blue Cafe - Chelmsford

Difficult to sense the style of the place at first. Breakfast served all day, I think. If it's a cafe then it's unusual to wait to be seated. Quite nice meal.

Our server Essy was incredibly friendly and made our experience even more enjoyable! The food was fantastic and the service was excellent overall.

Went Sunday morning. Very busy. Waited for about 10 minutes. This was no big deal. We were seated at a table for 2 and waited patiently to be served by young waiting staff. We then watched her serve all out of sequence to the guests which were arriving so we were the last from approximately 5 tables entering. Food came out for all the other quests . When we asked where our food was, the young lady went to check she did not come back to us to reassure us our order was being prepared. So after another 10 minutes approx we decided enough was enough and decided to leave. We told the manager that we hadn’t been fed and she said that she knew and was sorry. So with regards to food cannot comment but what I can say is service is poor and chaotic. Will not return

There was slow service even when not many customers many of times where our food was ready but not given to us and giving us the wrong food we had to speak to the employees multiple of times to get our food or to get the right food the place looks very aesthetically pleasing but didn't live up to its standard

Wow we love this place. Food and service never disappoints. We travel from Witham to come here for breakfast on birthdays, anniversaries and anytime we find an excuse. The best place for breakfast ever, delicious x
