Lack of air con in rooms gets very hot in the warmer months
Great location,lovely room.Staff are so friendly and helpful especially reception.Food is really good.We will definitely stay here again when back in Chemsford.
This supposed four-star hotel gives you a room far too small with no air conditioning on a hot day of the year. Then charges you an extra 50 quid when you have the temerity to ask for air conditioning. I always thought the definition of four-star hotel was that it had a swimming pool? No gym either. The whole place is tired to. AVOID
