Moe's Southwest Grill - Chelmsford

Moe 's is definitely pretty bomb. Moe 's Monday is prime since you get a six dollar burrito with chips and drink. In comparison to Chipotle it is very similar, except you can get queso for a buck on your burrito and it 's jizz worthy. Oh yea, if you 're broke or an absolute cheapskate like myself, go in there with a dollar and get a cup of queso. Once you buy the queso ask for a bag of chips as their policy is that if you buy anything you get free chips. There 's also all of the different types of salsa out to get once you run out of queso. So basically for a buck you get unlimited chips with queso and salsa, which is a pretty big scum bag move, but I 've done it a bunch of times. Don 't give me a dirty look cause I 'm getting all of this for just a dollar, it 's you 're policy and you 're just a college kid making minimum wage so who are you to give me the stink eye? Kinda lost track of where I was going with this review, but Moe 's burritos are unreal and mad filling. Oh yea and when you walk in they yell Welcome to Moe 's! at you, which gets old real quick, but definitely better to hear than Chipotle workers yell at you for getting soda with the cup you promised was just for water.

If I could give a Negative 5 star I would! These people are Rude, self serving, and are not helpful at all. The store says they close on the sign at 9 pm. We confirmed with them that they close at 9 pm. When we sat down to eat at 8:35 PM, they told us we had to leave. We asked why? We walked in at 8:30 to order the food and confirmed closing time was at 9. When we sat at the table, they said we had to leave because they had to start cleaning the dining room room before 9 pm...So they kicked us out! We had nowhere to go to eat our food that we just spent $56 on! We asked the manager, and he said we had to go! So we ended up eating in the car! All 4 of us! In the middle of January!! They suck!! When we finished our meal in the car, we drove by at 9:05 and they were still cleaning the dining room so we easily could've eaten there at 8:35 and been out by 8:45 PM. The bathroom and soda fountain were disgusting! Maybe that what they had to spend all their time cleaning! Also the food prep area was also unkept and Dirty! No diversity either! It was all just Indians (or he non American kind) who barley spoke English! And they were dirty, filthy, short and rude. No diversity at this Moe's at all!! THEY SUCK!

Shitty ass chipotle always running out of things and stingy ass portions go to CAVA and get your money's worth.

I never had Moe's in my life prior to this. I was just hungry and popped in to this location. The staff were nice. I got a bowl with rice, beans, veggies and steak. I was served a ton of steak but couldn't eat it. The meat was supposedly steak but it tasted like chemicals and had extreme amounts of salt. (My husband tasted the steak and agreed that it tasted really weird). It was totally inedible. I ended up picking off the meat and eating the rest of the bowl which was ok. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Racist and Rude Manager. This location had issues receiving online orders today (told by the employees working there). I placed an online order via Moe's app, but they are not seeing it in their system for some reason. I showed the app order and bank transaction as proof, but they took my money and refused food. When I called the manager Janvi Oza to report it, she responded very racist and rudely. #Moes #racist #rude
