We experienced a significant delay in receiving our cutlery, despite asking multiple times over the course of an hour. On a positive note, our waiter Steve was excellent; he handled the stressful situation with grace and even offered us a discount. He remained cheerful, polite, and helpful despite clearly being under a lot of pressure. Overall, while the service was okay, Steve's recovery of the situation made for a more positive experience.
We waited 45 minutes for our food, and the staff seemed to be arguing among themselves.
I have had good and consistent meals at various Harvester restaurants, but this particular location stood out. The positives included the speed of service, the friendliness of the staff, and the quality of the food, which was well-cooked. However, the downside was the parking situation. Since it is part of a hotel, I had to go get a permit to park, which was somewhat inconvenient and detracted from the overall experience.
