I ordered late but the food was absolutely amazing. The chicken was delicious and full of flavor. I would definitely order again!

The order was very delayed and the person on the phone was rude and difficult to understand. I asked him to slow down because I couldn't understand him, but he mocked me instead. The food was delicious, but the person who took my order needs a lesson in customer service. I'll be having a chat with him tomorrow to straighten things out.

DO NOT ORDER FRON THIS PLACE!! Ordered and they said it would be minutes took and a half hours to come! When it finally arrived chips were cold, my burgers were not plain as I pacifically asked them to be it even says...plain on the bag my burgers where in but they weren’t!!! jet black hair in my burger so I called back and customer service was absolutely terrible they told me they heard me wrong so therefore it was they’re misunderstanding but they wouldn’t do nothing to change it this is the third time my order has came and it’s not as I’ve asked it to be!! Will not be ordering again! Absolutely disgusting.

Shame about the previous reviews. Roosters was cheap and cheerful. Flaming Hen is cheerful but regular late night fast food prices. A very good spicy chicken burger and chips cooked and presented well for is OK in my book. Friendly chaps serving us as...well. Will likely return
