In terms of going to a shopping mall, this is one of the better cafes/meeting places going round.

Went there for a lunch and it was so goodAt only 15 dollars you can get a gourmet pizza, coffee and a cold glass of wine or soft drink.

The place was very expensive for what you get. I realize you are going to pay more for something in a hotel lobby, but they are expensive and then they hit you again on the exchange rate. I got a large coffee and asked if I could pay in US dollars. She said 570 Jamaican or $5 dollars US. At the real exchange rate it would have been about $4 US. So use you card or pay in local money.
