(Original 평일 저녁 7시 반쯤 방문. 기다리지 않고 바로 들어갔는데, 2인 테이블석 하나와 벽에 설치된 카운터석만 남아있었습니다. 저는 차슈 추가한 아카라멘을 시켰습니다(7000원 2000원 . 가게 설명에 따르면 돈코츠 미소 베이스였던 걸로 기억합니다. 국물은 굳이 따지자면 한식보단 일식에 더 가까운 맛이긴 하지만, 한국사람 입맛에 더 맞추신 것 같습니다. 완전히 특색있다고 하긴 힘들지만, 입에 착착 붙어 한 그릇 비우게 되는 맛이었어요. 사진은 되게 빨갛게 나왔지만 실제로는 조금 매콤한 정도였습니다. 좋았던 건 라멘을 시키면 다 먹은 후 밥을 무료로 요청할 수 있다는 점이었습니다. 남은 국물에 밥까지 말아먹으면 무척 든든해요. 국물이 밥과 더 어울리는 느낌도 조금 있습니다. 7000원이라는 가격도 맛과 양 대비 합리적이고, 이치란 라멘과 비슷한 얇은 면은 국물과 잘 어울려서 무리없이 잘 넘어갑니다. 하지만 반숙란 대신 완숙한 메추리알 2개가 들어있었다는 점은 아쉬웠습니다. 가격대를 7000원으로 맞추시느라 타협하신 건지는 모르겠지만, 차라리 8000원을 받으시고 반숙란을 넣으셨다면 더 좋았을 것 같아요. 또 하나 아쉬웠던 건 차슈였습니다. 토치로 그을려서 부드럽다기보단 좀 단단한 듯했는데, 모양새가 길쭉하고 얇아서 끊어서 먹기가 힘들었습니다. 4조각이 나온 걸 보니 아마 기본 2조각에 추가 2조각이 나온 거 같은데, 한 점에 천원씩을 더 주고 주문할 정도는 아니었어요. 맛집을 기대하고 가면 3점, 밥집을 생각하고 가면 5점 이상인 가게라고 생각합니다. 그래도 기본은 지킨 맛이라고 생각해서, 종종 라멘이 생각나면 들르게 될 것 같아요.
