Get better staff or train them in customer service Just had attitude when asked for a menu staff talking in different language while me and my teenage daughter waited Didn’t give me my drink with meal phoned to ask for it and they wouldn’t help I will not go back there ????

Don't bother with this shambles of an establishment. Recently given a £25 discount voucher and a refund by head office (Franchise) because of a complaint we had to make regarding a member of staff. Rang up to order and use our discount and the same lady we complained about told us she would not deliver to our address, and refused to pass us on our discount. Clearly upset because her boss told her to overhaul her embarrassing attempt at customer service. Another complaint in, and a discrimination claim also with the Franchise owner. Lady had what I believe to be a south african accent. Avoid at all costs.

Just ordered pizza very happy with service, but as for puddings it's a joke never seen something so small to feed a family of 4 with the meal deal for 4 people wasn't even enough for 1 person absolute joke... never again will I purchase your deserts!!!!

Had a notification to say my order was ready for collection then when I got there the woman said it wasn't ready so I explained the pizza tracker said...
