Mcdonald's - Cheraw

Orders are almost never right. Very disappointing that you pay extra for condiments and you never get what you actually pay for. The sad part is they just had some sort of improvement program not long ago. Does not seem like it did much good. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

The management here needs to be retrained or something. Every time I come here, I am pulled off no matter if it is busy or not. I wait 10 plus minutes for food. I have to go inside to get my food and the manager was extremely rude and ignored me. It has been multiple times that I get pulled off waiting for my food and they forget something. You need to stop pulling people off and making customers wait an extremely long time instead of worrying about drive thru times. This restaurant has the worst service out of all the fast food places in the area. The wait for food is over 15 minutes no matter what time of day I come. The management is rude and ignorant.
