Feedback gevenCook was very rude today over some carrots. March 10, 2022. It’s no need to get an attitude with a waiter if their making a mistake. I wanted carrots with something that didn’t come with carrots I didn’t know) and they made a big deal about it, instead of just saying it don’t come with carrots after all the other vegetables I didn’t get, he gets mad and frustrated at the waiter. All he had to do was tell her and she could tell me, and I would’ve did what I did walked to the front and asked about the carrots. Will NEVER GET MY MONEY AGAIN!

A whole year later and you still haven’t updated the menu prices???? We just supposed to know you are charging everyone the wrong thing??? Then addition charges on my bill for items I didn’t get. To top it all off… the man that cleaned our table off took the unused cups to put sauce in that they gave us and stuck them back with the new ones. Nasty. Cutting corners because of money in a food establishment is not the way to do things. Maybe let people ask for the cups if they need them. Last and final time at tokyo.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Went on Valentine's day with my daughter. We wanted to go all out drinks appetizers steak hibachi dinner and all and found a giant blow fly in my meal. This happened in 2018 we haven't been back since. I instantly threw up and these ppl still tried to charge me my drinks and before I could get back they wisked that plate away fast. Absolutely horrible Bc this place I was a consistent customer and wish I could go back but I'm just scared of bugs in my food.
Tokyo usually satisfies me when it comes to customer service, however today when I was trying to place my order the lady said they were closed and hung up the phone. According to the hours posted the time clearly says 9:30. Updating the hours is a simple fix so things like this can be avoided.
