Le presse puree - Cherbourg-en-Cotentin

Stopped here for a bite to eat whilst staying locally. The staff were very accommodating and the food was to a good standard, with plenty on the menu. We'd certainly go back if we are in the area again..

The restaurant was full, but there were only ladies present. Excellent, fresh, local food at a great price: full, two-course meal for 12 euros at lunch time. The dessert was a combination or sampling of delicious muffins, ice cream, etc, called a "café gourmand" but for the same price, you could have tea instead of coffee.The only bad mark would be the noise level; acoustics need to be improved, but otherwise, the decoration is pleasant, the rpemises clean, the service friendly and the price is right. What more can you ask for?
