Firehouse Subs Henry St - CHEROKEE

We arrived in town late and this was the only restaurant nearby that was still open. Even though the staff was getting ready to close, they took our order with no hesitation. Everyone was very nice and friendly, and the sandwiches were fantastic. Thank you once again to the staff for their excellent service!

This is a great spot for a quick lunch or dinner, much better than Subway. The only downside is that the food lacks seasoning and they don’t use real sugar. However, the place is very clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly. I highly recommend it!

The ambiance and food were excellent, but my experience was greatly affected by the staff at this location. There were three employees behind the counter chatting and laughing, while another was in the back room on his phone, completely overlooking the four customers waiting right in front of them. To make matters worse, the cashier was quite rude. I don't think I'll be returning.

I stopped by this restaurant for a quick bite before heading into Great Smoky Mountains National Park, but I arrived during a busy lunch rush. There were a few problems with my order, but the staff were apologetic and made things right. The salad and soup were just average—nothing outstanding—but they satisfied my hunger.

The sandwiches here are fantastic, and a portion of the profits supports local firefighters—what a great initiative! I also really love the artwork!
