The food at this restaurant was fantastic. I ordered the red curry chicken, while my husband opted for the orange chicken. The owner was extremely friendly, and even offered us complimentary tea. The atmosphere was laid-back and the restaurant was spotless. I would definitely recommend this place for a tasty meal that won't break the bank!

I went to Hong Kong Fusion with a few people from work that had been here before. I was really worried to taste the food and experience the tea. Peter, the owner is a super nice guy and takes care of his customers. He spent a lot of time educating us about the different teas and the history behind them. His service was excellent and the food was amazing. We ordered some appetizers together with egg rolls and our ducks. I'll tell you everything we've ordered is great. The egg rolls are like no other one I ate. I enjoyed the atmosphere and love the food and tea. Very recommended.

Very nice owner. The tea tasting was great. It was our first time tasting 70 year old tea. The food was great as well. The string beans and the shrimp and scallops were great. We did think the seafood soup was not as good, but the experience and the service were great. The dumplings were tasty and tasted hand-made.
