Ihop - Cherry Hill

Ordered online or, TRIED to order on line. Seems you cannot order the night before? Finally got my order to go through several hours later, and asked for a 8:40 delivery. 8:45 the DoorDash person texts me that I have the wrong address and argues with me when I tell him I 'm standing outside and he 's not here. More than an hour of back and forth texting, up and down the steps. Call IHOP and the lady that answers the phone didn 't seem the least bit interested... even said it wasn 't her problem Total bad IHOP experience! 90 minutes after requested delivery time the doordash person cancels my order. DON 'T do IHOP online ordering, and never EVER use doordash!!! Shame I have to give a star, cause the surely didn 't earn it today.

I drive by every iHOP in Philadelphia to come to this one just because the service is always amazing! Every server has great customer service, very attentive and overall happy personalities. Even the host is always great! I love it here.

Delicious as always IHOP is always a go to place, when ever you’re hungry. Satisfying, good quality dishes with decent price. Refreshing coffee, awesome pancakes, and various types of omelettes makes your meal rich. We went here for breakfast, awesome breakfast had plenty. You might have to wait 20 minutes or more depending on the rush, to get seated. Generally alternate table seating is followed here, so you don’t have to worry about having close contact with other customers. They do have a decent parking space. We enjoyed the meal. Thank you guys
