Sakura Spring - Cherry Hill

The establishment has been recently remodeled and has a warm, sophisticated atmosphere that sets it apart from typical Chinese restaurants. It’s also impeccably clean. The menu offers a wide range of dishes, including Chinese, Japanese, and Thai options, along with intriguing seasonal specials. Although I’m not a huge fan of sushi or sashimi, we occasionally order their Spider Roll, Volcano Roll, or Rock Roll (blackened tuna inside topped with spicy tuna crunch), all of which have been delightful. We usually start with their Vietnamese spring rolls; while they may not be exactly what you’d find in a Vietnamese restaurant, they are still quite flavorful. The fish and seafood at Sakura Spring have always been fresh and reasonably priced. While the restaurant does serve a fusion or somewhat Americanized style of Asian cuisine, it’s done exceptionally well, and there’s nothing wrong with that. The portion sizes are generous, and we typically order family-style. Two main courses and an appetizer are usually sufficient for my wife, daughter, and me. The service is consistently attentive and friendly, and the food arrives quickly and piping hot. I would give Sakura Spring a solid 4.5 stars on Yelp.

The restaurant is beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. Our server was somewhat quiet and not very attentive until the end of our meal. I heard he is new, so I think he just needs time to improve his skills. The portions of the meals were all quite large, and we ended up taking home leftovers, which were enough for an entire meal. Two of us ordered the hot and sour soup, which was outstanding, and the crispy noodles were fried to perfection. We’re definitely planning to visit again.

We stopped in for some grub on a Sunday before going to the movies. The place was completely empty (I am always leery of an empty place at lunch). Carol and a friend had eaten here before and said it was great. We sat done were handed menus and he waiter immediately asked if we were ready to order. I didn 't even open the menus.. we 'll need a few minutes . The waiter proceeded to stalk us. When it was time to order. I asked about the triple tuna roll. Is it good? He starred at me for a few seconds and said order it and find out .. Yeah .. that didn 't help at all. .. When the food came it was overwhelming the portion sizes are huge. The triple tuna roll was AMAZING.. We ate all we could stuff in our body 's and brought the rest home. Great place for sushi. Not sure about the rest of the grub. Don 't ask the staff for suggestion their not much help.. If you know what you like you 'll fine.

Now this is a place I would gladly spend my hard earned money! The moment you walk in the door, you know you are welcomed, respected, and appreciated. The hostess is super friendly and accommodating. It's clean and elegant inside, and my son loved the glass waterfall by the entrance. Our waiter was excellent- attentive and very thoughtful. The food came out hot and fresh, and our meals were delicious with filling portions. There are many options on the menu, and I can't wait to try more food items in the future! The employees here are so kind, and they go the extra mile for their customers. Thank you guys for the awesome dining experience! UPDATE: Just a quick update to say that since writing this review, we've been back many times and continue to be very impressed by the quality of their food. We try new dishes and each one rivals the deliciousness of the previous one. We have brought family members/visitors to the Cherry Hill area here, and they have always commented about just how impressed they are.

Great place for Chinese and Japanese food. From traditional Chinese food to the Japanese sushi and foods. The wonton soup was light and full of flavor. The dumpling were plump full of goodness and fried to perfection. The dipping sauce was awesome. The sushi roll was fresh and taste as well. The main dish was a tantalizing spicy bowl of heaven. It was called drunken noodles. Definitely try this if you are not sure what to get off the large menu. Super attentive service and great warm atmosphere. BYOB!
