La Carretta Family Italian Restaurant

We had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! I ordered the spaghetti alla paese, which had a very generous portion and was absolutely delicious. My partner, who is Italian and particular about Italian restaurants, had the Ravioli Bolognese. He found the portion to be average in size. Overall, the food was excellent and the service was top-notch. The staff were all very friendly. Just note that they do not split bills.

The atmosphere at this restaurant is excellent, and the service is top-notch. The food is delicious - I had a veal dish that was incredibly tender and finished the meal with a chocolate-coated passionfruit gelato, which was absolutely delicious.

Thank you for another fabulous dinner! Such a lovely evening out. Attentive staff. Delicious food. Just wonderful! And a special complimentary treat to end our meal.

A last minute decision to eat out as a family on a very hot summers night we decided to go to La Caretta not having been there for ages. Eating outside was nice and quiet. Portion size was great even entre sized paste was too much for my wife. Nice attentive staff. Everything was as I expected.

Sad to say the pizza was extremely disappointing, base was soggy all the toppings would fall off. Maybe it’s just the meat lovers but that’s unnaceptable, I’d rather purchase a Pizza Hut meat lovers than that mess
