Yesterday evening around 4pm I went back to get some Whoppers and they were out of meat for the sandwiches. Friday evening and they were out of their staple meat, sounds like they need a new manager to me!
Food is good but the Cherryville burger king is the slowest I've ever been to. One drive-thru lane is always down. They are always out of something, toyboy in line for 20 minutes just to be told when you finally do getvtonorder that they're out of what you want. Always check your order before leaving because more times then not something is missing.
Ordered 2 sandwiches, 2 drinks, 3 fries, and some mozzarella sticks. After getting our drinks at the window and waiting for several minutes, employee told us he had to go cook one of the sandwiches, and to pull forward. Eventually, they brought us the food. As we left, we noticed, not a single fry. Called them, and they said they had our fries right there, and would run them, plus an extra, out to us if we pulled back to the door. Pulled back around, waited, called back... They had to cook more fries. All in all, about a 30 minute drive thru experience with a kid who needed to go to the restroom, but the dining room was (understandably) closed. They did let her come in while we waited on the fries. 10/10
Not the Burger King I grew up loving in Virginia chicken on chicken sandwich was smaller lettuce was wilted. And one chicken sandwich had little or no lettuce. The kids working there need some guidance as to how to prepare food. Manager needs to buy better quality.
Our family has been to Burger King in Cherryville, NC about 6 times. The Restaurant has been open about 4 months. 4 out of 6 times something has been wrong with our order. We have ignored the problems and just blamed it on the restaurant being new. Today, I went through the drive thru at 10:15AM. I ordered four breakfast sandwiches and three drinks. Got home and all four breakfast sandwiches were wrong. I called and spoke to a lady who I later learned was the manager on duty. The only option given was return the sandwiches and get the correct ones. When I got to the restaurant she advise some of the managers were not writing down their waste so the district manager implemented this policy so the managers are not doing what they are supposed to do so punish the customer. My time as a customer was not valuable to them, I spent 40 minutes returning to the restaurant getting the correct sandwiches and returning home. Then I had to heat the sandwiches in the microwave because they were made cold.
