Subway - CHESAPEAKE BEACH

I ordered dinner through the app, which included 2 sandwiches, 2 bags of chips, 2 sodas, and 2 cookies. Unfortunately, when my friend picked it up for me as I was sick, the order was incomplete - they forgot the chips and the soda was flat. I tried calling multiple times but the voicemail was full. I will be contacting corporate to report the very poor service. Despite tipping 15%, the service was still lacking. There are too many other options available to settle for expensive and subpar service.

During our visit to the restaurant, we observed that some of the older female employees had young children under the age of 7 with them behind the counter. Two younger girls were complaining about their job while making our sub sandwiches. They made mistakes with the order of the customer behind us twice because they were not paying attention. They had to discard a whole sub and toast another one that the customer did not want toasted. They also mistakenly rang up cookies that were not in stock. Additionally, many condiments were not available, so they had to retrieve them from the back. When it came time to pay, one of the girls expressed her frustration by saying she was tired of her job. My 11-year-old commented that none of the employees had manners, which was disappointing and sad.

This Subway location offers quick and friendly service and has a wide variety of menu options that set it apart from other Subways. In addition to traditional subs, they also offer new menu items such as pizza, wraps, salads, cookies, and chips. Vegetarian options include salads and a variety of vegetables. The restaurant is conveniently located in a shopping square with ample parking. It is a great spot for a casual lunch, with prices typically ranging from $10 to $20 per person.

Horrible service! The man making my sandwiches was very rude. He did not communicate the entire time even when checking out he did not say a word. I said thank you and he just walked away, absolutely horrible customer service. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20
