Buffalo Wild Wings - Chesapeake

My children, nieces, and nephew all decided to eat out together and found this restaurant by chance. It turned out to be a big mistake and a waste of time. My kids felt ignored as they noticed that other customers were seated and served more quickly than they were. The waitress was friendly, but extremely slow. We will never dine at this location again.

The only redeeming qualities of this restaurant are the beer, service, and drinks. However, I am disappointed with the quality of the food, including the dry wings. I'm not sure what happened to their chefs.

We recently visited this restaurant, which we frequent every Saturday. Due to a wait for tables, we opted to sit at the bar. We patiently waited for someone to come take our order, but after 20 minutes, no one had approached us. Despite being busy, we scanned a QR code to place our order after sitting for 45 minutes. We waited for an hour without receiving any food or drinks. When a portion of our order finally arrived, it was practically thrown on the table by a staff member with a poor attitude. We eventually received the rest of our order when bartender Danielle stepped in to assist us. Unfortunately, other staff members were unhelpful and even mocking. Unless Danielle is serving us, we have no intention of returning. It was also disappointing that on Veterans Day, when we had two veterans dining with us, we experienced such poor service.

It took over an hour to get our one appetizer amd more time for our meal, despite the restaurant being fairly empty. Not one person came by to check on us or apologize for the wait. The food was mediocre. This is the second time we had issues at this location, won't be going for a third disappointment.

Always love the atmosphere of BWW and like the many choices of wing flavors. Unfortunately my most recent experience had nothing to do with the food but a lack of attention to detail. Bottomline, I ordered a NOJITO which is a non alcoholic drink for $4. No issues with the drink ...it tasted like what I ordered and it certainly had no alcohol. Upon check out, l was charged for a MOJITO...the alcohol version for $9.25. This was pointed out to the waitress and she corrected the bill. When I got the receipt with my credit card, I was charged for the MOJITO, $10+ with tax. In my frustration, I voted with my feet and I paid the bill and left. This was to easy to get wrong twice and I vow to never put myself in that position again at BWW. RIP Buffalo wild wings. That was my last meal. It was good while it lasted.
