Busky's Chill Grill - Chesapeake

This restaurant is a disappointing experience. It is a nice place with delicious food, but the service lacks hospitality. The food, categorized as "Bar Food," deserves a 5-star rating. It's a shame that poor management and service overshadow the dining experience. As someone who has spent 35 years in the food and beverage industry, I know that bad employees can cost more than they realize.

I felt like I wasted both time and money at this restaurant. My group was the only one there and it took 25 minutes for our appetizer (6 pieces of lump) to arrive. Our meals came out staggered, with the last person receiving their food an hour and a half after we ordered. The server seemed indifferent and the cook was very slow. I couldn't leave fast enough. I'll give it 2 stars because my Steak Quesadilla was good, although it probably would have been better if it was hot. The atmosphere was beautiful, though.

We always have a great time at Busky's. We drive from Newport News to enjoy the food and sing karaoke. The people and staff are very friendly.

Was happy to find out what a great little place this is. We have driven by for 15 years and never stopped in until today. I had shrimp tacos, my husband had a burger. Both were very good.
