Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

After a 45-minute wait, I chose to dine at Abuelo across the street. The meal was fantastic. Thumbs up!

The service from the waitstaff was quite poor during our visit. Although the manager made every effort to rectify the situation with the food, we ultimately waited almost an hour only to be served cold dishes. To make matters worse, we were seated next to a couple, one of whom continually coughed without wearing a mask or even attempting to cover her mouth. We reached our breaking point and decided to leave the uneaten food on the table.

I ordered online for the first time, expecting my food to be ready by 9:00. When I arrived at 9:00, it wasn't ready. No problem, I waited for 10 minutes, then 20 minutes, and eventually 45 minutes before I finally got my order. When I got back to my hotel, I realized they had given me the wrong order. However, in my last two orders, everything was correct and the wait time was minimal.

We had a great experience today. The waitress was very pleasant and nice. She kept our drinks full and made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely come back.

Even with limited staffing they still provided a great experience. Visited this location twice so far and both times have been excellent. Can't express my appreciation for the staff enough and look forward to another wonderful family meal here.
