Dunkin' - Chesapeake

The donuts were fresh and the customer service was good, however, the overall cleanliness and appearance of the restaurant was lacking.

I?ve gotten coffee three times from this location. Each time it tastes like I?m drinking the flavor swirl and nothing else. I order with the app, and I just go off the recommended amount to add. This time knowing they make them extremely sweet I requested one less swirl. If anything it was worse. I had to spit it out. Whoever is making the coffee needs to be retrained.

I only ordered an extra large hot coffee with cream. I asked for French Vanilla creamer. I also ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese without the bread. I paid an extra $2 for an additional egg, but instead received a croissant sandwich with 3 eggs. The customer before me was refunded for their incorrect order. There is no drive-thru available at this restaurant.

I now have respect for Dunkin. The woman made a mistake with my coffee, but she rectified it and had excellent manners. #LoveDunkin

I enjoy my coffee didn't need to eat the donuts but they were delicious going down!! LOL Thank you
