Great food and great service. The hotdogs are excellent. Their deli sandwich selection is good and they are all excellent. You can't even go wrong with their grilled cheese sandwich and fries. They are within easy walking distance from the locks, public docks and the marina.Parking: Sometimes parking can be tight when they are busy but still worth it if you can't park close.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramps available.

Food was good. The chili was not overbearingly spicy and was just right. Had the all beef hot dogs and fries with sweet tea. Delicious and OK priced.

If you remember Geoge Bacalus hot dogs and Jimmy's. This is the real deal. Great chilli.

We LOVE L.A. Dog! It's almost a 20 minute drive and it's worth it. If they were closer I'd go more often for sure!We LOVE the atmosphere. The decor of various signs with witty expressions and quotes is so much fun to look at; I see something different every time I visit.Their fries are cooked to perfection. The hot dogs, and sausages are really great and my son loves his bacon cheese burger. I also love their custom sauce available on every table.My little happy feeling about this place?! THEIR ICE! The ice from the self serve soda and ice machine is THE BEST. The tiny balls of ice that crunche and fall apart when you bite.... I don't know how else to describe it, but it's my favorite and rare to find so I always great myself to a soda when I dine here.We love to go with my parents and the kids; there is always something for everyone. It's also a great place to just pop in and go by yourself. Amazing food and pre-pandemic pricing.Tried a burger, hot dog, and fried bologna sandwich- all were great but the fried bologna sandwich was the best.
