Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Chesapeake

There for a quick lunch (exception) and ordered a combo meal with an additional page. When I came home, they didn't find it to me. Try to call the store at the number indicated on the entrance and got a message that it was invalid. The same number listed on the Internet. My advice, check your order before you leave the restaurant.

Popeyes in Chesapeake Va on Debaun Loop Customer Service does not exist.... Employees rude. Every car in the car thru was parked, a total of 14 cars at one point. The place is just open for lunch and you have no food ready.... why even open. Waited an hour for an apple cake after they were told they were ready in 5 minutes. You wouldn't give me a refund, even though I didn't get any food. You never have to worry about me or my friends go back to this place. One of the worse companies I met. Find more Popeyes that treat customers with respect and run efficiently. Do not assume that this franchise on Debaun Loop in Chesapeake... You'll regret it.

1 of the better Popeyes I was on. A long wait, though I ordered on the app. The service was good. I go back to this place instead of Norfolk or Lynnhaven

It's Popeyes, so you know how it tastes. The food is not the reason I decided to write a review. This is because this is the fastest Popeyes in the seven cities. They rarely have a wait or line. And no matter what I command, they have it ready in what really is a very reasonable time. With little to wait. All other Popeyes in the area makes They wait 15 to 20 minutes for chicken to wait for long to order. Thank you to Popeye's staff at this point. Please stop the great work.

I usually enjoy the occasional meal from Popeyes but this one wasn't hitting on much. The fries weren't hot. No biscuit in the box and about half of the amount of fries that I usually get with a large meal. The size of the chicken strips have gotten much smaller than they used to be and missing that Cajun flavor. Wasn't even offered any sauces and when I requested them it was as if I had asked for an entire meal replacement.
