Sonic Drive-in - Chesapeake

This sound is least to say. Waiting times are always long, even if there are few customers. I've been waiting for a single drink for 20 minutes and it was wrong. I was charged twice for my meal. I swapped my card. Approved? The cashier said that it wouldn't say that or go through so that it would excite me again. I checked my bank and, of course, charged twice. I showed her the proof and she said there was nothing we could call your bank. She was very rude. I never come back here. In addition, she had let me go and waited for my food for a long time and 2 cars had come and went through and everything I had ordered was a number 1.

Let's go. The person who took our order sounded like they didn't care about our order. For always only with lukewarm frits and our burgers who had bad presentation and not even hot was surprisingly good taste. The girl came into the car and asked if we needed something else, except the change. We asked for honey mustard and grill sauce. Then she said she couldn't hear what I said so it was repeated to her. She didn't even bring it. In the meantime, I checked to make sure there was no bacon on my burger and realized that it did not put the onion rings on it either. When I brought her attention, she said they had no one. I said why no one told me that when I ordered her, she didn't know. I'm pretty sure she took our order first because I recognized her voice. I basically didn't pay a dollar extra for any reason because I didn't want a bacon. I'm not back. Bad customer service. Food is missing a lot.

Waited 1 hour and 5 minutes. Still did not get our food. We ordered at one of the car kiosk. 40 minutes later we hit the button and asked when our food would be out. The girl said our order just came up and she would bring it right out. 25 minutes later we left without any of our food. No one should have to wait an hour and 5 minutes and still leave with no food.
