I’m a big fan of Starbucks. I appreciate not just the drinks and pastries, particularly the banana bread, but also the friendliness of the staff.

I always have a great experience at this restaurant. The baristas are friendly, my order is always just right, and the place is clean every time I visit.

Terrible customer service. Like 6 employees behind the counter and nobody ever took my order-they were doing to-go and drive thru but the other people looked like they were just trying to avoid waiting on people- just walked out and went down the road to Dunkin.
