Everyone on my table said how good that was eating, that was my first time that I went to tgif, we'll be back.

Had a great time and experience, food was good just a little cold where we sat

By far the worst service ever. Made reservations due to my 75 yr old in laws not being able to wait. Got there and was told I dont know what to tell you, its first come first serve . We had a party of 8, the waitress brought out food for 5 of us, forgot 3 orders so we were done eating by the time the other 3 got their food. Waited 27 mins for her to come back with iced tea and water. No apologies or anything. Our bill was closer to $200 for horrific services. This place had a filthy bathroom, NO hot water so your servers are not washing hands properly. The manager said we dont honor reservations so I 'm not sure why they 're available online . Its a shame how little people were in this restaurant at peak dinner time, I 'll assume its do to horrible service from.the door to the check out. The appetizer dishes were sent back because they were dirty, she then bought the food out and didnt replace the dirty dishes.We had to remove our appetizer plates and put them on another table after we finished due to her not coming back. The burgers were overcooked and due to the already long wait time we just accepted them. I 'd love to talk to a cooperate associate, as a business owner myself, I 'd want to know these issues and correct them. Maybe start with purging the staff, your hostess was not only rude but continually sat the black people coming in and skipped over all the white people. We will never return and I hope this review helps others choose elsewhere to eat.

OpenTable app worked great. Walked in was seated at the chosen time. Waitress was pleasant. Our food came out in a timely manner. My order was incorrect was sent back to the kitchen. My wife finished her plate my food had still not arrived. Too much time went pass I asked for my order to be boxed up instead of being brought out for dine in. They boxed the order wrong. The waitress admitted not checking my order went to resolve it. The order came out wrong again. Disappointed is not the word...

Went for my sisters birthday, everything was amazing.
