Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Chesapeake

The staff was very friendly. I had the hurricane smoothie and cajun shrimp wrap. they were both delicious. they were, however, from passion fruit and I have replaced with them. still tasty.

I ordered online and the order was ready when I arrived. the load was clean. I didn't interact with the employees because my order was on the switch for picking up. I ate on the table outside, which was also clean. my flatbread had too much pesto, but I guess that can be a personal preference. the opposite is difficult to achieve and out due to traffic, but this is not the fault of the load as they are in an enlivened area.

This is truly the best place ever! I've traveled across the United States, and I can honestly say this is the best spot with outstanding service. Shannon, Taylor, and Savannah are some of the most incredible people I’ve encountered in any establishment, and they shine even outside the Smooth Tropicalie Café. I ordered my favorite “custom” smoothie that I like to get wherever I go, and they whipped it up effortlessly without me even asking—it turned out perfectly! Keep up the fantastic work! Even if you don't live in Chesapeake, it's worth the drive to visit this place; you won’t be disappointed.

I accidentally ordered a peanut butter cup with chocolate, not realizing it contained chocolate. The staff kindly gave me a new one for my dog. They were incredibly friendly, and I really appreciate everything they did! Thank you so much!
