Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Chesapeake

I got the usual Turkey Bacon Ranch without tomatoes and with the way they prepare it, it came super middle and Bland, unlike other places I was.

They were from a few things we wanted because of memories, but unlike the foods and smoothies were good. I'd give them 5 stars if they weren't out of things we wanted.

Terrible service. You get the orders wrong all the time. Some orders aren't even close to what we are? ve ordered. We? ve gave feedback several times and hoped it would be better, but it is a pattern of bad service. Take our business elsewhere!

Smoothies always made great. Food always good. I go a couple days a week since it's close to work, staff isn't friendly. I'm only still going since a good friend works there who is very friendly and fast on service. People usually working the counters are rude and and tossed orders on the counter. Owner was there and made orders quickly and got everyone in and out.

The staff at this restaurant is incredibly friendly and has a wonderful attitude while working. I requested a surprise smoothie, and they happily obliged. They quickly completed the orders ahead of mine as well as my own. The smoothie turned out to be fantastic! It's always nice to step out of your comfort zone and try something new every now and then.
