Great overall experience. We were greeted within seconds and sat given water within 5 minutes. Nora provided first class service!

Service was great. Food was presented well and paced to match up with appetizers. Excellent bread with special oil dip.

For being so short staffed the service was still absolutely wonderful. The atmosphere is exactly what we wanted. However unfortunately the food left MUCH to be desired. The carbonara was thin and lacked taste. The chicken was dry, and the red sauce tasted like it was from a jar. It wasn't terrible but it wasn't authentic and wasn't worth the cost.

The first time we went, we visited the location in Fairfield shopping Center in Virginia Beach. Absolutely zero complaints, we loved it. The other location at Great Bridge, however, was a very different experience. The food was still very good, however the service left much to be desired. It took a really long time to get served drinks, appetizer, dinner, the check. We will definitely go back to the Virginia Beach location, but probably not the Great Bridge one.Vegetarian options: Several good and diverse options for vegetarians

Very disappointed in my experience here. I’m not really sure if I went on a bad night or what the case was but all of these other reviews are nowhere near the experience I had. First off I had a reservation for 7:30 I wasn’t seated until 7:45 because they had to clean off my table. I then immediately notice the wall next to me is extremely dirty (see picture) you would think for a place that’s trying to be fancy they’d wipe down their walls every now and then. They were extremely short staffed, the hostess was wiping down tables, and they only had one waitress. The bar tender was also covering a few tables but it’s still too much for just 2 people to do. Finally getting to my food it was not very good at all. Small portions and overpriced. Do not recommend going here.
