Mcdonald’s - Cheseaux-Sur-Lausanne

This McDonalds is to avoid. They served me with cold and outdated potato chips. I asked for fresher fries but apparently they had none. Eventually I had to eat my hamburger without the fries. Then I went back to the counter to complain and find out that noone was taking care of the situation. After 3 minutes the fries came, long after I had finished the hamburger. This is NOT the kind of service that McDonalds as a company certainly wishes to offer. The management of this place should see into the service offered. I will not return and would not recommend this place to anyone at all.

The only thing open on May 25th a holiday Menu had shrimp, chicken curry wraps and guacamole salsa fries. No alcohol in Swiss McD's like.in other European countries. Technologically advanced order yourself

Received a finished Mc Chicken for me. The 1 loaf was missing from both. Not very practical for eating and suddenly it's no longer a burger but a slice of bread with chicken. So the quality control isn't great there.

Dirty restaurant despite the few customers at the time we arrived. The service was lacking and slow.

Unpleasant staff. Cleanliness of the restaurant to be desired…we don't want to eat after seeing the cleanliness of the restaurant…if the restaurant and the toilets are in this state we could well imagine the kitchen….
