Pizza Go Go - Chesham

We just sat there last night and waited and waited. Placed order at 10.30pm, told delivery would be there in 35 40 minutes, What happened to our delivery, no call to us, no answer when we called from 11.20 to 11.30pm. You close at 11.30pm. Why no answer? WHAT HAPPENED ?

Absolutely terrible customer service. Firstly the pizza took an hour to arrive. When I called to ask about the delay I was told we don 't want to deliver to you. You are too far. When I said that his attitude was poor and why do they cover my area if they are unhappy with the distance, I was told don 't pay then. Send it back. I would advise anyone considering ordering from this atrocious place to avoid it like the plague!

I been a regular customer for some years now but today will no longer be going here. I called up as usual but instead of the collection I thought I 'd go for delivery. I asked if delivery is free and the person replied yes . I ordered 2 pizzas and he said £21 This usually costs me £16. I asked him what it would cost if I collect it he said £16, £7.99 x 2 £16 but delivery is free but charges an extra £5. I questioned him about this he just got rude and started raising his voice. Something dodgy and wrong going on here, quite scammy. Avoid this, even better, try what I said here and see what they say. Either they are not explaining properly and just say yes as soon as you ask them if delivery is free but then charge you for it. Just like in this case. Surely this is illegal is some way but oh well. Behaving in this manner with some people will definitely not end well.
