We went for a business dinner on Saturday evening. My daughter, nephew, and I each tried different appetizers and main courses. All of the dishes were delicious, hot, and very flavorful. They were also beautifully presented. Despite being the only front-of-house staff member, our waiter was exceptional. He was very polite and efficient. The restaurant had an authentic atmosphere. We will definitely be returning.

Our experience was completely ruined by the incredibly rude man working at the restaurant. The food was hot and delicious, but the atmosphere was lacking. We felt sorry for a young staff member who was doing his best. The man even insulted us as we left after he had to clean our table. We will not be coming back.

We cannot comment on the food as we arrived at 2:40pm on a Saturday and found the restaurant empty, with only a very rude man behind the counter. When we asked if the restaurant was open, we were told they were closing and could only serve us in 15 minutes. We chose to take our business to another restaurant in Nantwich and will not be returning to this establishment. It is clear that they do not prioritize customer service.

Great food, great service and a lovely atmosphere. The restaurant has beautiful furniture which is all unique.

Booked a table for 8.00pm on the basis that last orders had to be placed by 10.00pm (according to the website). Was greeted by 'Yes? ', shown to a table and two menus were summarily thrown down in front of us. Not a good start! The gentleman who would subsequently serve us saw this and came over and straightened things out. He was very pleasant and the food was enjoyable. We finished the meal around 10.00 and my husband went to collect the car. As I was waiting, the gentleman who had 'greeted ' us announced that in future we should arrive earlier 'have we no respect for them even supermarkets close at 10.00! ' Needless to say we will not be returning.
