Mayflower - Cheshire West and Chester

Do not order from this takeaway! The food arrived extremely cold and when we called to address the issue, we were accused of emotionally manipulating the staff by refusing to return the food to the shop for a refund. The customer service was rude, sarcastic, and claimed the food was delivered hot despite only a short drive. Both the food quality and customer service were unacceptable.

We have been ordering a Chinese weekly from mayflower for years and today they have been very rude on the phone so we will not be ordering ever again.

This takeaway is excellent. I have been coming here for almost 30 years. The food is fantastic. The salt and pepper garlic prawns as a starter are delicious. The delivery service is reliable and friendly.

I've used this loads of times over the years it's my goto Chinese and I use the delivery option. The food is always top drawer, delivery is prompt and within the promised time and the staff both those taking orders on the phone and the delivery person, are always friendly. Good value as well as good quality.

Great service when ordering, delivered ontime. Hot special fried rice lovely and Great food for the price. We will order again
