The McDonald's food was typical, but Edwin's exceptional service made the experience outstanding. He was attentive and took the time to describe some of the new menu items. Thank you, Edwin!

I am extremely unsatisfied with the service at this restaurant. We placed an order for food through Uber, but it never arrived. When we tried to contact the Uber driver, there was no response. We also attempted to call High Street Northwich, where our order was coming from, but received no answer. We will never order from this place again. Absolutely terrible.

Yesterday's visit to the restaurant was quite disappointing. One of the coffee machines was broken and they were understaffed, causing delays. Despite waiting for my coffee, I enjoyed the seasonal drink promotion. However, the manager's behavior was unacceptable. He was rude to staff members and made inappropriate comments about customers and their orders. This unprofessional attitude only added to the stress of the situation. The poor coffee lady was overwhelmed and struggling to keep up with the demands. I witnessed more mistakes and missing items in orders due to the chaotic atmosphere created by the manager. I chose not to stick around to hear any more of his disrespectful behavior. It's important for managers to remain calm and support their staff during busy times, not belittle customers. I hope this manager's behavior improves in the future.

Delivery by Deliveroo was terminally slow and the deadline for delivery, visible on the app, kept moving later. It took 50 minutes in the end. This was ordered just after 8.30 on a Tuesday evening. When he arrived, the delivery man said. “I’m sorry it’s late, but nobody wanted to make it!” The meal was barely warm and the chips were cold. The vegetables in the bun filing were two circular slices of gherkin and a small chip of onion.

The worst McDonald’s I’ve ever had. Delivered through Uber, the food was as cold as outside and it’s cold today. Will never visit this store again, food went straight in the bin 15 pounds wasted. And what can they do, nothing! Scum of the earth.
