Las Iguanas Chester

We were seated at our table and, after 20 minutes, we were offered drinks while we waited. The menu is extensive with plenty to choose from. My partner ordered the steak, which was cooked to perfection, while I opted for a selection of tapas. They definitely offered more than just a bite! I initially thought the portion sizes would be small, but when the dishes arrived, the servings were very generous. Everything was delicious and beautifully presented. To top it all off, we were served the largest slice of cheesecake I’ve ever had! The service was impeccable, and we felt well taken care of throughout our meal, without being rushed at the end, which was lovely. Thank you for making our anniversary weekend even more special!

I was pleasantly surprised by the menu. I had expected a typical selection filled with generic fajitas and burritos, which they do offer, but I was impressed by the unique and authentic options available. The burrito bowl I had was both delicious and relatively healthy! The Buenos Aires burger was flavorful and satisfying. However, the larger handcrafted option, the Hideout, did not appeal to our tastes at all—it had a really strange flavor. I'm not sure if that was intended or if it was simply not our preference. On the positive side, the service was quick. They also offer a lunch menu with special, reduced prices, which I would highly recommend.

Great ambiente, friendly waiter and especially good food. student discount were available (25% and there was a 2 for 1 special on cocktails. a pretty good culinary experience!

Loved it! Goat curry was hot hot hot and fabulous. Friendly staff. Gluten free menu was excellent. First time here, will definitely be back.

Sunday was very quiet but the staff were excellent. We only ordered a little, the taco planks were lovely and the dark n stormy cocktails went down a treat.
