The New Oriental - Chester

I absolutely adore this restaurant! The quality of the food is outstanding, the shop is spotless, and I highly recommend it to everyone.

I contacted the takeaway, and they informed me that the sauce only cost £1.40 and that we could go collect it if we really needed it. I explained that we were unable to drive since we had a few alcoholic drinks, but they were unwilling to do anything to resolve the situation. They suggested we could return the prawns for a refund. What frustrated me the most was being told I was being ridiculous for being upset that the sweet and sour sauce for a sweet and sour dish was missing! They even mentioned that we could arrange a taxi to pick up the sauce, but that would be at our expense. As a result, I was told to return the prawns tomorrow for a full refund. This situation greatly dampened our evening, and given the considerable amount we spent, I am very disappointed in the lack of care and customer service.

Visited recently and really enjoyed the food customer service was great would really recommend!!

I keep going back here for the salt and perrer chicken, it's always fresh and tasty. The rest of the menu is very good too. See you next week.

As a Chinese person, I can confidently say that the food here is excellent. The salt and pepper king prawns are the best in town! This is definitely my favorite Chinese takeaway.
