Feedback gevenThe worst experience I 've ever had. We went through the drive through at 10AM and waited 5 minutes to order with one car in front of us. We ordered and pulled up to the window and were told to pull up and wait for our food: three Cajun fillet biscuits, fries (we asked if they were making fried and he said yes), a Dr pepper, and a sweet tea. We waited 30 minutes and one car pulled up behind us. While we waited, we went inside and went to the restroom. There were no customers inside except one person who already had her food. An employee comes out and asks what we ordered. He left, no be right back, nothing, and came back with our order. He asked, You 're ok with bo rounds, right? And we said no. He said Well, that 's what I put in the bag. We 're short staffed so I can 't make them. We said ok whatever and left. The biscuits were hard as a rock. None of us were able to eat them Our drinks were wrong (two sweet teasand tasted like someone 's dip cup and my my sister threw up after taking a sip. The fillets themselves were the only edible portion.
I can honestly say that this was by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. The employees became extremely aggressive and raised their voices when I asked about items on their menu. It was as if they were annoyed by me making them do their job. Eventually I decided to order a combo meal, and asked if I could add an additional biscuit with my order. The employees rudely responded with “that would mean we would have to make more biscuits.” Again it seems to be that they do not want to work. Shortly after she said this to me the manager came over and spoke with me, with an even louder/aggressive tone. I informed the manager that the tone herself and her employees were using with me was unacceptable and highly unprofessional. The manager then proceeded to tell her employees not to serve me. Yes you read that correctly. They literally refused to serve me, simply because the manager had an attitude, and I was asking basic questions about their menu. If you are a new to Chester I highly advise you not to eat at this location. I have no idea how this location is still up and running.
Staff has bad attitudes food was less than mediocre
Stay away. They have workers yelling, causing and fighting each other. Manager sitting in dinning room watching doing nothing. The workers are on something heavier than pot. More like speed something stronger. Getting all food messed up not done.
I believe the health depth would close this place down. It's got to be the nastiest display counter I've ever seen, I mean all the stainless steel was filthy. Everybody walking around doing nothing, took 10 minutes to get a bilberry biscuit. I don't see how they keeping the doors open
