This charming restaurant located on the border of West Virginia and Ohio is a fantastic find! The food is delicious and the service is outstanding. The staff is incredibly welcoming. For my brunch experience, I found the prices to be reasonable at around $10 to $20 per person. Overall, I would rate the food a perfect 5, the service a 5, and the atmosphere also a 5. Highly recommended!
