Dunkin' - Chester

I don't know his name unfortunately but the man who ran drive thru around 9 am yesterday is amazing! He does tricks while you wait and had the best energy ever! Wish more people were like him.

Service was great. The gentleman who helped us was kind and patient with my child who was taking his time picking out the perfect donut.

This location is the worse . I ordered ahead only to arrive at the store and not be able to pick up my order. (Had to wait in the long drive they line which made me late to work) What’s the point in ordering ahead if you still have to wait in line? When I asked the lady about it she says “we don’t open the inside til 7 because there’s only 2 people here. Well lady I work in healthcare and I can’t say “well there’s only two of us here so we can’t take care of you.”.. never visiting this location again . If you’re trying to be on time . I don’t recommend you coming here either .

We stopped here to use the bathroom and get a cup of coffee. The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting! There was no soap in the lady's room and no working faucet in the mens room! Needless to say we skipped the coffee.

Stopped in for two medium coffees and two donuts. Both cups of coffee were ice cold. Took them back in and within 3 minutes they had a fresh batch made and problem corrected. The two young fellows working were very pleasant and attentive. One thing that shocked me is none of the stores have microwaves in the kitchens, this is something that should be corrected as well. While they may not need them in everyday food prep, just being able to warm something up on a whim I think is very important. If they purchased $80 small microwaves for a few hundred stores, this would not be to costly at all.
