Little Caesars Pizza - Chester

I had one night about 30 to 40 before they were close. the cashier comes into the window with a million excuses about how his only 2 of them in the restaurant and it takes 35 min to make the pizza and close them at 10....blah blah blah. I'm like you. the door says that you close to 10, I moved around 9:21 and ur complain that I make my pizza my face?! this place is müll along with the staff and the manager in this night.

This is the worst little Chinese restaurant I have ever been to. I placed an online order and still had to wait for an hour! It is the same experience every time I go there. The waiting area is full, the parking lot is full, and each customer is waiting for at least 30 minutes. It is very unprofessional and disorganized.

Eating was as expected: cheap, hot and ready. but to get the pizza was tricky since the lobby was closed. we had to wait for 10 minutes on the driveway and listen to some employees.

For the past nine years, Müll has been experiencing a decline in service. I waited outside for an hour just to place my order, only to be told that I couldn't because the kitchen was not functioning properly. The pizzas were overcooked. We much prefer Little Caesars.

I placed an order on the app and waited 50 minutes in the lobby after the scheduled pickup time for the pizza, but it still had not been prepared. The person managing the front was kind and apologized, but I ultimately had to cancel my order as my family was hungry. This has become a common occurrence at this restaurant recently. It seems like they may be understaffed. However, I have reached the point where I will no longer attempt to dine here, as the orders are consistently either extremely delayed or not fulfilled at all.
