Feedback gevenIt was good, provided it was the night before a holiday. I was a little surprised to find that they don't have chips or baguette available as a page. I was even more surprised when I was allowed to run out directly without the drink I ordered with my food. You prepared it when I got back in.
Chicken noodles soup was tasteful, but watery. The Turkish sandwich was terrible beyond faith. Dickbrot sandwiches must have plenty of condiments, but here I could hardly see the mayonnaise or mustard. I had to add 3 packages of Mayo and 4 of Senf to make it enjoyable. With a drink, the meal cost $19. How does Panera get customers again!? ANNEX
I ordered a Fuji apple chicken salad without pecans. I can only assume that this little pecan was a joke in the middle of my salad. Imagine the humour if I were the way to trust my order was as desired, did not look out and had an allergic reaction. Edited: decided to share the incident with management. They were very accommodating. Here hopes they're more careful. Some people are more sensitive than me.
I ordered online for a lunch session. I asked for no pickled onions on my citrus Asian salad, but onions were on it. They were spread around and mixed with dressing already on the salad, so it was hard to find and remove all. In addition, a good amount of inedible chicken fat had to be removed. From three meals at least one was prepared incorrectly, not good chances. That's why I'm not a fan of forced tips for the Preparators before you can even confirm your order is right. Once taxes, a delivery fee, a convenience fee (preparation fee) and driver's tip (voluntary) have been added to this three meal (only one drink) order, which averaged something over $18 per person. I think this is a pretty steep price for what we have received. An employee said he got more for the money from Subway. We often used Panera for lunch talks, often 15-20 participants. We're not gonna do this again.
This is just sad. I traveling from out of state to visit family. I haven't eaten all day and decided to stop at Panera. They gave me one tiny scoop of chicken salad on my sandwich. This is the poorest customer service I have ever experienced in my adult life. This is pathetic.
