I've never had an issue before, but today I noticed there was chocolate at the bottom of the pup cup I received, which is really unsafe for dogs. Additionally, none of my drinks were made correctly.

I went into this Starbucks while running errands. I tried to order a London fog which is basically earl grey, foamed milk, and a splash of vanilla syrup . The girl behind the counter informed me that they were out of that. I looked at the tea rack which was full of earl grey.When I saw the tea rack full of it, I informed her that she had the tea bags right there. She then told me that she didn't know how to make the drink. She didn't even offer to find out how or even ask if I knew the recipe. Worst customer service ever. ?

Their ice machine has been broken for like two months
