I've had food from here many times over the years but the fish and chips we got yestetday was awful! I orded a jumbo fish with small chips. When i got it home and started to eat the fish it didn't taste right, so i took off the batter to discover the whole fish was yellow/brown colour, not white like cod should be. It was rubbery and bouncy to the bite and tasted stale. I suspect the fish was several days old and refried, the chips were also refried. I binned the whole lot after 3 bites. Good money down the drain.

The kebabs at this restaurant are delicious, but unfortunately, they do not usually put sauce on them when asked. The portion sizes are good and I received a 15% discount offer via email. However, when I tried to redeem the discount on their website, it didn't work. I called the restaurant for help, but someone on the phone was rude and unhelpful, directing me to two different websites and ignoring my questions. In the end, I decided to go somewhere else. If you want sauce on your kebab or a functioning discount code, I recommend looking elsewhere. The food itself is tasty, with generous portions of chips, but the customer service experience was disappointing. I suggest using Just Eat instead of their website for a smoother experience.

This restaurant review is terrible. I ordered a chicken kebab with chips, but what I got was mushy chicken pieces that didn't even taste like chicken, covered in greasy chips. My husband ordered a mixed kebab which looked like greasy mush. We both took a few bites but ended up throwing it in the trash as it was completely inedible. To make matters worse, I now have a stomach ache. I checked the hygiene rating afterwards and it was a shockingly low score of 1. I will never be ordering from this place again.

We always order delivery from this restaurant. The food always arrives on time and hot. The kebab meat is the best in the northeast, and the cheesy chips are amazing. The wraps are huge, so I would recommend ordering a small one. The prices are great, the menu selection is fantastic, and they have a great kids menu. I can't find any faults with this place.
