Beautiful small bar and restaurant with the perfect beer garden and park

Now also known as Nonna Mafaldas as they do Italian pizzas and pasta. Good size beer garden and parking. A little cool today but still pretty full. Took a while to get pizzas(35 mins) but they were big and tasty when they came. Good value at £8 each and a gorgeous bramble gin and tonic only £3.80

Always enjoy visiting the wheatcheaf Inn. But tonight was a blast from the past, not only had a lovely drink, had a word with the manager, who in fact recognised me. She taught my children at the school she once worked in. Fantastic pub. Fab manager. Good luck in the future.

We often pop in for a meal when out about. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. The menu is varied and the prices are reasonable. The restaurant itself is always well presented although the entrance could good do with a tidy up..door mat lifted and litter swept from underneath..weeds removed. Minor observations but would make a difference. Would certainly recommend.
