Mcdonald's - Chesterfield

The manager was unhelpful and the phone order seemed to be in danger, but in the end everything turned out fine. However, the new management was hostile, so I will not be returning.

The doors to the restaurant were locked around midday, which I found odd since it's usually open. There was a long line of 15 cars for mobile orders, causing chaos. When I finally received my order and drove away, I realized that the regular Dr. Pepper I ordered tasted like Diet Coke. Overall, it was a frustrating experience and I don't plan on returning anytime soon.

After placing an order on the app and checking in, we received the wrong order twice. When we went into the restaurant, we were initially ignored and then given another order that was not ours. After explaining the situation for nearly 40 minutes, we were told that our attitude was poor and finally received the correct order with both burger patties raw.

Spent $31 only to get the wrong order (the half of it is missing) with a half filled fry. try to ask the employee about my order in the window, but they either had no idea what was going on or acted as if they could not understand me.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!On 10/22/22 I ordered lunch through Door Dash. My delivery was on-time and my Dasher was very kind. When I opened the McDonald's bag, I noticed half my order was missing. I called this location a dozen times and nobody answered the phone. I tried reaching out to my Dasher but Door Dash cut off communication because my order had already been delivered. I reached out to Door Dash and they were kind enough to give me $10.00 in future Door Dash credits. Since I was missing half my order and nobody from this location would answer, I went ahead and took a bitef of my cheeseburger and fries. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! The fries were so cold and didn't have any salt on them, it left a weird taste on the roof of my mouth. The cheeseburger didn't have any of the condiments I requested and had condiments on it that I never requested, such as mayo. Again, nobody from this location has answered my phone call so that I can tell them how dangerous it is not to double check orders before they put it into customers hands. Some people are allergic to mayonnaise. I will NEVER eat at this location again and I hope anyone reading this, double checks their order before biting into it.My advice is... DON'T EAT HERE!!!!
