Kfc - Chesterfield

Understaffed which causes very very slow service. Shop freezing cold in winter and red hot in summer. chicken ok here, not too greasy.

Absolutely shocking service. I was waiting for 15 minutes at the drive thru speaker before being served, only for then to be 4 pieces of chicken down from the order, so basically they have robbed me of my own money. Paying for something I've not even received. Absolutely diabolical.

I have had a negative experience using the drive-thru at this restaurant twice. The first time, I discovered my order was incorrect when I got home. When I called to inform them, they said they no longer sold what I had asked for. Despite being charged for it, they told me to return with my receipt. When I went back, I was made to wait in the parking lot only to receive the wrong food once again. When I complained, I was told to be grateful for receiving anything. On my second visit, I waited at the speaker for a while before being told they didn't have half of the items displayed on the menu. After placing my order, I had to wait to pay and then wait again to receive my food after parking. Overall, it took 20 minutes from entering the drive-thru to leaving with my fast food.

Staff have bad attitude.Questionable food quality.Dirty toilets.

Starting with the limited menu options, the cups don't have lids that fit properly and the tables are dirty. The wipes provided are old and not effective for cleaning. There is a lack of atmosphere in general.
